Pharmacy First, the NHS contraception service, nominating us and delivery are all free. Standard NHS prescription charges apply to prescription items unless you are exempt or hold a prescription prepayment certificate (PPC or HRT PPC).
No. You keep your GP practice. Nominating Journey Health simply means your GP sends your prescriptions electronically to us rather than to another pharmacy.
Log in with NHS login on our website and choose Journey Health (FYH47). You can also do this in the NHS App, or ask your GP practice to update your nominated pharmacy.
Our NHS services are provided by video, phone and secure message, so we cannot offer them face to face at the pharmacy. Private consultations are available in person at 600 Green Lane, Ilford.
